Ciao here in Logan Square is no more. No web page to connect you to and no address to share. Totally lame. I dined there twice and both times loved their arrancini, a fried Italian rice ball. In their case it came stuffed with blue cheese and fresh herbs.
Their pizzas were Neapolitan style and featured farm fresh ingredients and with their open kitchen you could see their bad ass oven and chef at work.
Pizzas were cooked til crispy on the outside with nice crusty bubbles. Overall, done properly and ready to rock a couple minutes after entering the oven. We enjoyed a Prosciutto pie on our last trip. Sorry to tease as it’s no more, but this way it’ll live on on the Interweb.
