I promise it is worth swinging by Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse (505 N. Michigan Ave.) solely for their garlic bread. The pieces come stacked high in a bowl – why a bowl and not a plate you ask? Well, shortly after the server places the dish on your table they begin to drizzle a glorious Butterkase and blue cheese fondue over the top. It is wonderful.
The blue cheese has just the right amount of funk to not overpower the other flavors. The bread is toasty and just the right size – crispy around the corners and super soft in the middle. Get this garlic bread with a cocktail or two in the lounge. You will be smiling in no time.
I’m hungry. Lets eat!
